1. What "packages" do you offer?
We custom create packages according to your specific needs including ceremony services, uplighting, dance floor lighting etc.
2. How much do you charge for travel, set-up and break down time?
There is never a charge for set up and break down times. Travel charges may apply in certain circumstances.
3. How many DJs/emcees are coming to my affair?
Only one unless you request more than one. Our entertainers handle both DJ and emcee services.
4. Are you insured?
Ambiance is fully insured for all events and can add your venue as "additional insured" with a simple email.
5. Can I choose my own music?
We always welcome your thoughts and ideas and give you as much freedom as you like in choosing your music.
6. What time will you arrive?
Generally speaking one hour before the start of the event for load in and setup.
7. Can I extend the party beyond my scheduled end time?
Yes. We recommend extending in 1/2 hour increments and will adjust your fee accordingly.
8. I want to do things differently. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Ambiance always welcomes new ideas.
9. Do you carry backup equipment?
10. How long in advance should I book my DJ?
It's a good practice to book your DJ after securing your venue and caterer as we often book dates as much as two years in advance.
11. Will you take requests?
Absolutely, unless you prefer that we don't.
12. Does the DJ take a break?

14. Will the DJ work in tandem with my banquet manager and other vendors?
Yes. This is one of our most important duties as your DJ/Emcee.
15. Will I discuss all final details with my DJ ahead of time?
Yes, we generally like to finalize details two weeks before your event.
